Happy Birthday Dzaeli!

Lol.
As you can tell from my title and the image above, today is Dzaeli's birthday!!!
(n_n)
Dzaeli turns 19 today and she's AWESOME!
But you already knew that.
:P
She's my VERY BEST friend and I love her VERY much!
Lol.
I wish I could be there to help celebrate this very special day with her, but sadly I'm stuck here in Florida.
(u_u)
Well, at least we got to hang out together before I left. Lol.
We played UNO, watched Anime, ate Cake Pops, and made homemade dip.
Yum-yummy!
I had a great time, and I can't wait to hang out with everyone again really soon!

College Life

I had plans to update the blog, videos and pictures to show, but life just gets in the way. Especially college life. I thought it would be good to check in, though. My first week back has been pretty low on stress, mostly going over syllabi and a little painless algebra. I do have a pretty hefty reading  list and if I ever want to say "ich spreche Deutsche" honestly, then I have to study a lot.

I have decided to pick the guitar back up, which is one step closer to band status. A friend of mine is considering giving me his acoustic, which I would love. My electric is just too bulky with its case and amp, and I've always liked the sound of an acoustic.

P.S. Here's the awesome wallet I made Caly for Christmas.

Home Sweet Home

Okay, so I know that I haven't personally posted anything yet. My bad. Lol.

So, here goes...

Home, again. We've all made it safely back home. Well, sort of. Caly is at his new base and I'm staying with my family for a week. My husband, DemonRZ, has returned to Florida with our dog Precious. Dzaeli is at home too.
Oh, and our other dog Charlie is staying with me. (n_n)

Anywho, everyone is safe and sound. The holidays were nice, but I could use a break from all the stress that comes with them. Lol. It was nice having Dzaeli and Caly down for a week. Demon and I haven't really had a lot of guests from our hometown yet. But hopefully that will change soon.

Another bit of good news, Demon and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary on the 28th. (n_n) We didn't really do anything fancy, but it was nice getting to spend some time together. I loved it, but not nearly as much as I love him. <3

Lol. Okay, enough lovey-dovey touchy feely stuff. Lol. I think I've pretty much covered everything I can think of right now, so I'll be signing off. (n_n) I hope you enjoy reading my future posts!

Have a great day!

The joy of seatbelts and airbags.

We were in a little bit of a crash yesterday. We rear-ended a woman while trying to merge with traffic. The airbags deployed, hitting Nemaria and her husband, and Calyeph and I were sore from the seatbelts. Other than that, everything was fine. Of course, once the woman's husband got there, he began pointing out everything he could to get them more money from insurance. Our front seatbelts no longer work, but the car is drivable. We took a short trip to the hospital, where we found out that Nemaria was okay, and indeed, not pregnant.

merry christmas

Christmas in the south.

Florida

Mini-vacation! The whole band is together (rare these days) at Nemaria's apartment in Florida. Right now, her husband is at work with the Navy, and Calyeph, also in the Navy, has to start work on the 5th. We're an hour from his base, so he'll stay down here when I go back home. We'll all be miles apart again soon, but not forever.

The beach is fun, yes, even in the cold. We went shell collecting yesterday, after touring Nemaria's hubby's ship. We rescued a stranded sea snail by cell phone light and I found a leopard print crab shell. I have no idea what kind of crab leaves leopard print shells, but it's true. I forgot my camera cord, of all things, so the pictures will have to wait until I get back home.
